I have a question for you: I have Windows Vista about 4 years old,
give or take. Last week it decided not act up and I could not do a
normal system restore. I had to do a factory restore. My programs
are all back up and running including the ones I had to download
again from a disk.
BUT....I can't get to bring up websites such as Cnet, a website
where I have some investments, etc. I do a search with the Yahoo
toolbar....and it won't let me open anything.
Please let me know what I can do.

What error messages are you getting? Do you have a second firewall
installed, like ZoneAlarm?

I visit some sits that say "sorry your browser doesn't support
java ".What does this mean and should I care? Mother!
What browser are you using? Java is like Flash, it makes web pages
do more. It is also one of the things that the bad guys are using
to infect computers. As long as you're seeing the web pages you
want correctly it isn't an issue. If you're not seeing the pages
you want correctly you will need a browser that supports Java and to
have Java installed. You can get the current version of Java from
http://www.java.com/en/, it is free.
Firefox has an add on called No Script that turns Java off by
default and allows you to turn it on for specific sites.

I have a question for you.......Sometimes when i am playing games on
my computer it either shuts itself down or reboots..Is it trying to
tell me i am playing games to long and it is getting hot and tired?
